httFox is the Controller of the Personal Data collected. This means it is responsible for making decisions about the processing of this data, in accordance with the LGPD.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Through contact forms, we collect:

This data is used to understand the context of the contact and provide more targeted support.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The processing of personal data is based on the need to execute a contract (Art. 7, VI of the LGPD). Therefore, we can only provide the services if the User provides the necessary information.

Data is stored on secure platforms used by httFox, including for sending newsletters and institutional communications. We retain the data for up to 3 years after the end of the services, in accordance with the statute of limitations in the Civil Code.

In addition, we use the Contentsquare (formerly Hotjar) tool to analyze, in an anonymous and aggregated way, visitor interactions on our website — such as clicks, scroll behavior, and time spent on pages — in order to improve usability and overall site performance.
No sensitive personal information is collected through this tool, and all data is processed securely and anonymized in accordance with the principles of the LGPD.

httFox does not advertise third-party content. Displayed content has an editorial and informational nature. Banners and highlights are used only to emphasize internal content.
